COVID-19
Claverham Village Hall is currently closed under the latest UK Lockdown rules (Jan 2021).
If we reopen under the previous “Tier System”, we will only be able to host permissible activities. If you want to run an activity that is allowed, please contact us.
The Tannery Bar does not serve meals and as such will remain closed until North Somerset is in Tier 1 or lower.
Our onsite Post Office remains open on Mon and Wed mornings (9-12) as an essential service for our community. Please wear a face covering when entering the facilities.
If you have any immediate queries please email info@claverhamvillagehall.co.uk

The Coronavirus pandemic had a profound effect on the village hall and the types of events that we have been able to host over 2020 and 2021.
We are committed to creating a safe environment for all hall users, and as such we have compiled a full assessment in respect of Covid 19 and its associated risks. Please take time to read our Covid Risk Assessment 2020 for full details.
Whilst we have taken every possible step to ensure the safety of hall users, we must acknowledge that no risk can be entirely eliminated. As such, we have also created a COVID disclaimer which states the responsibilities of the hirer / user.
At all times the village hall will be following the guidance from the UK government and Acre

If anyone has good quality, resaleable clothing and accessories please consider donating them for the school at our drop off events next week. We also need volunteers from the community to man the collections at Hangstones. Thanks in advance x

Andy Fuller was a top bloke who gave a lot to the Village Hall and is sadly missed. We hope that you get behind this lovely idea and #spreadsomefullerjoy with a random act of kindness.

Hi, all and Happy New Year! I am reaching out on behalf of the Tannery Bar at Claverham Village Hall. I am one of the new directors of the bar along with Kay Dowling and Jake Matthew and we are looking for some volunteer support with bookkeeping/accounting going forward. ![]()
We have been incredibly well supported to date by the wonderful Geoff and are looking for someone who is keen to support the local community by donating a couple of hours a month to support with the numbers side of running the bar. Key things will be; monthly invoices/receipts, the VAT returns and producing a monthly cashflow report. ![]()
Whether you are a seasoned pro looking to put some volunteer time in, or learning the ropes and need something simple to get some experience we are really open-minded to any support offered! ![]()
If you are interested to find out more please private message me! Thank you in advance! 😊
North Somerset is back in Tier 3 but please remember that the Post Office is still at the hall on Monday and Wednesday mornings 9-12. This is deemed an essential service. Please lend them your support.
