Welcome to Claverham Village Hall

COVID-19

We are working hard to adjust things here at the Hall to keep all our visitors and volunteers safe.  As such we have decided to separate the building. There will be designated areas for usage of the Tannery Bar and for usage of the hall.  We will implement changes for both areas, some of which are outlined below, and full details will be provided before we reopen.

Village Hall

  • The Kitchen, Meeting Room, Skittle Alley and Conservatory will not be available for hire.
  • The Main Hall will be limited to 30 occupants and it will be the responsibility of the hirer to ensure any events or activities are carried out in accordance with applicable social distancing guidelines.
  • Exercise classes will be limited to 12 persons plus 1 instructor.
  • You will enter and exit the hall through the main door, which will only be available for Hall hirers.
  • Hand sanitising facilities will be available
  • You will be required to provide an attendance register after each session which we will hold for 21 days for Track and Trace purposes.

Tannery Bar

  • You will enter and exit the Tannery bar through the Conservatory and once inside there will be a one-way system.
  • There will be limited numbers allowed inside, and once these numbers are reached, we will be unable admit anyone else.
  • Hand sanitising facilities will be available
  • To keep our volunteers, safe the bar will be taking card payments only.
  • There will be socially distanced areas in the bar and skittle alley, and you will obviously be able to sit outside.
  • You will be asked to record your visit in an attendance record which we are required to keep for 21 days for track and trace purposes.

As you will be aware, these changes may be with us for some time and we therefore ask you to bear with us during this challenging period of adjustment.

We thank you for your patience while we make these modifications and we will let you know as soon as we have a reopening date.

We look forward to seeing you all again!
